Yesterday May 23, 2017 I left an authorization slip to my office mate, that if ever a carrier from Air 21 happens to deliver my NSO Birth Certificate. It could be received by our office at the City Assessor's Office of Bais City. May office mate narrated to me this morning May 24, that the carrier didn't mind to listen that Mr. Diaz left and authorization slip and two copies of his valid IDs. What a mess do we have at Air21 that the letter carrier didn't showed any response to our claim for the Birth Certificate. sometimes, lapses may occur not on the part of PSA-NSO but with carrier that they are not well instructed of the protocol for the delivery of items.
